• Conduct environmental regulatory audits at client facilities, including boiler efficiency testing, cooling tower compliance, stack testing, and emissions evaluations
• Perform boiler tests using advanced tools like the TESTO® meter
• Upload and manage compliance data in DEP CATS systems/portals
• Carry out visual opacity determinations for emissions from stationary sources (with re-certification every six months)
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality, resolve issues, and keep projects on schedule

• 2–4 years of experience in the environmental field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Hands‑on experience with boiler testing and emissions monitoring tools
• Familiarity with DEP CATS systems and opacity determination procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Visual opacity certification
• Experience with NYC Department of Buildings Special Inspections

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Plains, NY.

The pay range for this position is $50,000.00 - $65,000.00/hr.
