We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Tax Senior Manager to join our Commercial Real Estateteam located in one of our New York Metro offices. Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration.

While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Serve as the Engagement Manager on specific client accounts, taking responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, final deliverable development, and billing and collections. Develop a detailed engagement work plan, illustrating budgets and schedules.  Monitor project status against the work plan and communicate schedule adjustments to Cohn Reznick management.

Provide strategic oversight of complex partnership and corporate tax engagements advising on structuring, compliance, and investor reporting across CRE portfolios

Develop a professional relationship with the client and gain the respect and confidence of the client by consistently demonstrating supreme customer service, quality work products, and professional integrity.
