Spa Esthetician

Compensation: $17.00 per hour (part‑time)

• Assess guest needs and examine skin, hair, or nails to determine condition, appearance, and suitability for scheduled services.
• Provide guidance on proper care and recommend home‑care routines.
• Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products.
• Set up workstations or treatment rooms with essential products, equipment, and supplies to ensure guest comfort and safety.
• Maintain a consistently professional demeanor and appearance.
• Excel in guest interactions and promptly identify and resolve any issues.
• Demonstrate a strong team‑oriented approach, offering flexibility and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with associates and guests.

• Certification or licensing at the local and/or state level is required.
• Minimum of 200 hours of esthetician education.
• At least two years of professional experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Deep enthusiasm for spa esthetics and the health and wellness sector.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
