Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Our client is hiring an HR Operations Analyst (Temporary) in White Plains, NY (Hybrid) to support high-volume HR transactions, employee data processing, and workflow management across HRIS and CRM systems. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong Excel skills and experience ensuring data accuracy and service-level compliance in a fast-paced HR operations environment.Responsibilities as the HR Operations Analyst:
  • HR Transaction Management: Process high-volume employee data changes in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service standards.
  • Workflow Tracking: Monitor transactions using CRM tools and workflows, coordinating with employees, managers, and HR partners.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve data issues, escalating to management as needed for timely correction.
  • Auditing & Quality Control: Conduct audits to maintain accuracy and consistency of employee master data.
  • Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams while maintaining strong customer service and confidentiality.
Qualifications for the HR Operations Analyst:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:1-3 years in high-volume HR transactional processing, with preferred experience in HRIS platforms and employee data management.
  • Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills including sorting, formulas, data organization, and audit functions.
  • Skills & Attributes:Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a service-focused mindset and the ability to manage confidential information while prioritizing tasks under defined SLAs.
