Job Title: Test Engineer

Location(s): White plains, NY

• Client is undergoing a multi-year ERP transformation to automate, streamline, and modernize processes for increased efficiency across client and Canals. This transformation impacts Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Strategic Supply Management (SSM) and IT departments. The goal is to implement a composable ERP systems that integrates all business functions, including finance, operations, and human resources, into a unified platform.

• Test Engineer will play a key role in supporting the testing activities on the project, review vendor test activities and deliverables.
• Facilitate automation testing in Tricentis Tosca with DEX environment.
• Create, update and support automation scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
• Execute automation tests.
• Support defect management triaging the issues.
• Create and review Functional test plans.
• Create and review test scripts.
• Collaborate in Technical Requirements document.
• Create Requirements Traceability Matrix.
• Create test strategy, scenarios and scripts.
• Assist team with stakeholder communications.
• Weekly status reports. Meeting agendas, materials, and minutes for weekly meetings.

• 10+ years of applicable experience as a test automation engineer Strong experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts in Tricentis Tosca using TCD approach.
• Extensive experience in integration testing including API Extensive experience in defect tracking and reporting Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline using Azure Dev Ops Experience in SAP/S4 HANA testing especially ISU
  - Utilities, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD Ability to write and execute SQL queries to validate data in databases.
• Familiarity with different types of databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Mongo
  
  DB). Experience in performance testing tools like JMeter, Load Runner, or Gatling. Knowledgeable with waterfall and agile methodology. Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, Rest Assured, or Karate Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DOM.
• Knowledge of browser developer tools for debugging and inspecting web elements. Knowledge with mobile testing frameworks and tools like Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or Robot Framework is a plus.
• Understanding of mobile OS platforms (iOS, Android). Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in test automation, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, Ruby, or VBScript would be plus. Knowledge of version controlling like Git Hub repository is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited school, or equivalent. Testing certifications like ISTQB, Tricentis TOSCA certifications is a plus.
