As aDev Ops Engineer  atOnMed, youwillplay a pivotal role in shaping the future of ourCareStationapplications- streamlining our processes, instituting automation,improving our software delivery speed and quality and enhancing collaboration acrossengineering,development, IT and Security to help build pipelines that are scalable, secure and robust.

• Design,build,andmaintainscalableandsecurecloud infrastructure and automated CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications.
• Develop automation solutions using Ansible or equivalent configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet) and scripting languages (Bash, Python) to configure and manage bare‑metal and Azure cloud resources
• Manage andmaintainsource code repositories.

• Monitor system performance, uptime, reliability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot deployment and production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive incident response and postmortem processes.
• Implement observability best practices (logging, metrics, tracing) toidentifyand resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Own the build and deployment process for services and applications across development, staging, and production environments.
• Improve release reliability through automated testing, configuration management, and continuous integration strategies.

• Work closely with application development teams to integrate security best practices into the development and deployment pipeline to ensure compliance and protect applications and data.
• Integrate security best practices into Dev Ops workflows, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance automation.
• Create andmaintaintechnical documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations.

• Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services and how to manage, configure,and deploy resources within the platform.
• Proficiency with Configuration Management tools like Ansible, Chef, and Puppet.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker,orchestration tools such as Kubernetes,and buildmanagement systems like Bazel, or language specific systems like Maven for Java, Cargo for Rust,CMakefor C/C++
• Deep knowledge ofIaCtools such as Terraform to automate configuration and deployment of environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like
  
  Bash,Power Shell, or Pythonfor automation.
• Experience with Azure Dev Opsand Git Hub  Actions.
• Understand Git Ops ,Git Flow, Branching, Tagging, Release Management.
• Knowledge ofPower
  
  Shell, Azure CLI,Azure Bicep or Yamlis a plus.
• Knowledge of relational databases, application security best practices, and modern Dev Ops workflows is critical.
• Familiarity with Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, C#,.NETenvironments.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Must be able to work and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer
  
  Scienceor equivalent;
  
  Master’sdegree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience as aDev Ops Engineer with  exposure to IT management and Security.

OnMed provides a competitive salary and benefits package, including unlimited PTO and paid holidays.

The base salary for this role is up to $150,000 commensurate with the candidate's experience, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.
