*** Bachelor’s degree in
** Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology**, or a related field
* Strong background in coding with proficiency in at least one of the following:
** Java, JavaScript, or Python
*** Familiarity with
** relational databases
** and an understanding of
** SQL
* ** Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

*** Participate in a rotational program covering the full software development lifecycle across three functional areas:
** Business Analysis, Development, and Production Support
*** Gain an understanding of Agile development methodology and how it drives successful technology delivery
** Business Analysis Rotation
*** Build and maintain product backlogs using Agile practices
* Break down high-level features into deliverable user stories with defined acceptance criteria
