We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support enterprise business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role plays a key part in digital transformation initiatives, including migrating legacy Nintex forms to modern SharePoint embedded Power Apps while ensuring strong governance, security, and scalability.

• Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Embedded)
• Automate workflows using Power Automate
• Lead migration of Nintex Forms and Workflows to SharePoint Embedded Power Apps
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and external data sources
• Translate business requirements into functional, scalable Power Platform solutions
• Apply governance, security, and best practices across Power Platform environments
• Support transition from SharePoint classic pages to modern pages
• Document technical designs, configurations, and user guidance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams

• 10+ years of overall application development experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • SharePoint Online
  • Dataverse (CDS)
• Proven experience migrating Nintex Forms to Power Apps
• Advanced Power Fx skills (complex logic, repeating sections, business rules)
• Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, Teams, and Share Point
• Strong governance and security knowledge within Power Platform
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast‑paced enterprise environment
