Helpdesk Support
- Level 1
Location: White Plains, NY
Type: Direct Hire, Full‑time
Salary: $50,000 – $54,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Handle 30–50 tickets daily over the phone for internal employees across the country.
- Troubleshoot technical issues including Wi‑Fi, printer, POS, password resets, desktop and other infrastructure problems.
- Provide clear, phone‑friendly communication and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in IT support
- Experience with Active Directory and Windows support
- Experience handling high call volume
- Proficiency in password resets, Wi‑Fi, printer, and Windows troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills with clear phone presentation
