Job Description

System/ Software/date/printer installed/ configuration settings intake prior any upgrade/ refresh and ensure they are as per order in the upgraded/refreshed computer
Printers - Support all printers , support network configuration, driver installations and vendor coordination for setup repair of faulty devices.
Provide onsite technical assistance for end users.
Excellent understanding on Windows 10 and MAC os.
Install and configure desktops and laptops , mobile devices, and associated peripherals and related softwares.
