Solution Engineer​/Architect; Cloud​/SaaS Integration

Job Overview

Our client – a major utility firm based out of Westchester County, NY – has an immediate need for Solution Engineer / Architect.

Hybrid work – 3 days per week onsite (White Plains, NY 10601).

This role involves technical solutions across cloud infrastructure, SaaS integrations, and enterprise platforms like Service Now and ERP systems, IDAM systems, and Cloud environments such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and AWS. Goal: implement a composable ERP system that integrates all business functions.

• Support services for ongoing projects such as eGRC SaaS Migration, HR Connect, and SharePoint 2016 migrations.
• Develop and maintain governance documentation, technical architecture, and solution blueprints.
• Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to understand needs and provide technical expertise.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client/user requirements and design, develop, and test software to meet specifications.
• Develop designs, layouts, and documentation to identify project requirements and integration cohesively.

• 5-7 Years of designing and architecting technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of a wide variety of systems and technical platforms from infrastructure to AI.
• Experience identifying and selecting software solutions to business needs (COTS, SaaS, PaaS).
• Advanced knowledge of cloud computing, datacenter consolidation, IT infrastructure services, cyber security, data management services.
• Advanced network administration and security principles and practices related to architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard solution engineering, application architecture and systems integration approaches.

• BA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Cloud fundamentals (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) certification preferred.
