WHITMAN Legal Resources has a great opportunity for a Senior Family Law Attorney in White Plains, NY (On‑site) to work for a boutique family law firm. NY license with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in family law to lead high‑level cases, mentor attorneys and staff, and support strategic growth initiatives. This is a high impact role with the opportunity to join an impressive and collaborative team!

Must have strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.

• Lead complex, high‑conflict, and high‑net‑worth divorce and family law matters from intake through final resolution.
• Provide guidance, training, and oversight to junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff.
• Ensure high standards of legal practice, efficient workflows, and strong internal collaboration.
• Conduct client consultations and contribute to business development efforts aimed at attracting high‑caliber clientele.
• Assist in evolving firm systems, policies, and best practices to support continued operational growth and client service excellence.
