Senior Associate Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Associate Attorney to lead complex matrimonial and family law matters while playing a key role in firm leadership, client engagement, and operational growth. This position offers a significant opportunity to influence firm strategy, mentor legal teams, and work closely with high-end clientele.

• Manage and lead complex divorce and family law matters from client intake through discovery, negotiation, trial, and settlement
• Serve as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, delivering strategic and empathetic legal counsel
• Conduct client intake meetings and represent the firm in high-level consultations
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• Oversee case staffing, workflow efficiency, deadlines, and quality control
• Contribute to firm-wide best practices, operational improvements, and business development initiatives
• Collaborate with firm leadership to refine systems, processes, and growth strategies

• Matrimonial and family law experience, including high-asset and complex matters
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience managing attorneys or legal teams
• Sales and/or client management experience, with a proven ability to engage and retain clients
• Strong trial preparation, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Tech-forward mindset with experience using practice management systems and digital workflows
• Passion for delivering strategic, empathetic advocacy in emotionally sensitive cases.
