Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Associate Attorney, based in White Plains, NY. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation in areas such as real estate law, commercial litigation, landlord‑tenant disputes, wills, trusts, and estates. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting contracts and agreements, court appearances, client consultations, case management, and collaborating with senior attorneys.
Qualifications- Proficiency in legal research, contract drafting, and legal writing
- Experience in landlord‑tenant law and general litigation preferred
- Litigation and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases
- Licensed to practice law in New York State
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration and court representation
* Salary commensurate with experience
