A well-established national law firmಗ್ಗಿಕ with a strong reputation for high-quality client service is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its White Plains office.

This role offers the opportunity to kunde closely with experienced partners and attorneys on sophisticated litigation matters in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, with direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility.

Responsibilities: unangured

• Handle all phases of commercial litigation in New York state and federal courts

• Conduct factual investigations and manage discovery

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive filings

• Take and defend depositions

• Communicate directly with clients and contribute to case strategy

• Manage multiple active matters with increasing independence

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience

• Strong academic background with excellent research and drafting skills

• Proven analytical and writing abilities

• Courtroom and deposition experience strongly preferred

• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus

• Licensed to practice in New York (New Jersey and/or Connecticut admission is a plus)

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
