This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.
The PositionWilson Elser's White Plains office is currently seeking a Product Liability Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, eager to take on increased and substantial responsibility in defense litigation, with a focus on product liability matters.
Responsibilities- Proactively manage a litigation caseload, including matters pending in jurisdictions nationwide, under the supervision and guidance of senior attorney.
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys and Partners on complex litigation and regulatory matters.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide regular status reports and strategic guidance.
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of New York
- 1+ year of litigation experience
- Product Liability experience preferred
- Experience or strong interest in regulatory compliance matters
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated legal project management and case coordination experience
Salary Range: $130,000—$150,000 USD
This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. It is full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
