Wilson Elser's White Plains office is currently seeking a Product Liability Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, eager to take on increased and substantial responsibility in defense litigation, with a focus on product liability matters.

• Proactively manage a litigation caseload, including matters pending in jurisdictions nationwide, under the supervision and guidance of senior attorney.
• Collaborate closely with other attorneys and Partners on complex litigation and regulatory matters.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular status reports and strategic guidance.

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of New York
• 1+ year of litigation experience
• Product Liability experience preferred
• Experience or strong interest in regulatory compliance matters
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated legal project management and case coordination experience

Salary Range: $130,000—$150,000 USD

This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. It is full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
