About the Role

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a reputable New York law firm on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to work remotely with flexibility, while contributing to high-level litigation and corporate matters.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct complex legal research and develop litigation strategies.

+ Draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents.

+ Prepare for and assist with depositions and trials.

+ Support general corporate and contract drafting matters.

+ Assist with due diligence as needed, providing additional opportunities for billable hours.

Requirements

Qualifications

+

Experience:

7+ years as a Commercial Litigation Attorney and has Big Law experience.

+ Specialization:
Must have commercial litigation experience, including familiarity with breach of contract and business disputes.

+ Trial Prep:
Prior experience preparing for trials.

+ Licensure:
Active bar license in the State of New York.

+

Location:

Ability to commute to White Plains office if required.
