What Will You Do?
As General Manager, you will lead a growing branch operation with full responsibility for team performance, customer relationships, sales growth, and daily operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on building business and developing people.
- Lead/support a team across inside/outside sales, customer service, and warehouse operations.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and customer engagement.
- Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and operational performance.
- Set pricing, manage local stock, and execute market‑specific strategies.
- Foster a results‑driven, customer‑focused team culture.
What Are the Hiring Criteria?
- 10 or more years of relevant experience in plastic or industrial distribution
- 2+ years of sales or assistant management experience; plastics or industrial distribution background strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑functional teams of 5 or more.
- Experience managing P&L and making data‑driven business decisions.
- Familiarity with plastics distribution and fabrication preferred
- Must live within commuting distance of White Plain, NY area or be open to relocation (assistance available).
