The Water Business Group (WBG) Right of Way Director will refine and oversee HDR's WBG right of way program, reporting to the Planning Program Director and collaborating with HDR’s Right of Way leadership to align goals with market and client needs.
The Director will work to define a scalable program, expand market penetration, and guide growth strategies across geographies and sectors.
