Nursing Supervisor Night Shift MedicalSurgical Unit

Leading Westchester hospital seek a Nursing Supervisor to provide leadership and support to the nursing staff during the night shift to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Working collaboratively with leadership, the Supervisor provides clinical guidance, promotes effective communication, and helps the unit achieve departmental and organizational goals.

• Ensure safe, evidence-based patient care in alignment with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best nursing practices.
• Provide clinical leadership and support, including serving as a resource, mentoring staff, and participating directly in patient care as needed.
• Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives, using measurable goals and outcomes to improve clinical practice and unit operations.
• Promote effective interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, staff, patients, families, and other departments to optimize care delivery.
• Maintain a safe care environment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Model professionalism and accountability, supporting organizational initiatives, resolving conflicts, and fostering a culture of excellent patient satisfaction.

• Licensed Registered Nurse
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• A minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience
• Charge experience preferred

• 4 days per week, 9P - 7A,

• $117,695 – $152,756
