We are seeking skilled Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one in-home pediatric care throughout the Upper Hudson Valley region.

Epi-Pen administration
Seizure precautions / epilepsy supervision
Medication distribution
Provide direct pediatric nursing care in the home setting
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Monitor, document, and report client health status
Respond to emergencies with appropriate interventions
Manage and maintain medical devices (feeding tubes, catheters, etc.)
Collaborate with families and healthcare providers
Follow individualized care plans established by the RN Case Manager and physician
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures
Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation
Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program
Active New York State RN or LPN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience preferred
Homecare or community health experience a plus
Current CPR certification required
Strong pediatric clinical skills
Excellent communication with children and families
Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations
Organized and detail-oriented documentation habits
Knowledge of infection control and safety standards
