MJHS Hospice & Palliative Care in White Plains seeks a dedicated LPN to provide home and nursing home visits to hospice patients. You will document visits in the EMR and communicate changes to the RN; expect 2–3 on-call shifts monthly and 2–3 holidays per year.
Requires a valid LPN license, 1 year Med/Surg experience, and hospice/oncology experience; strong PC skills and a driver's license for travel outside Manhattan are required.
