MJHS in White Plains, NY is seeking an LPN to provide hospice visits to patients in their home or in a nursing facility, with documentation in the EMR and timely communication of changes to the RN.
The role includes a backup On Call capacity 2-3 times per month and 2-3 holidays per year. Requirements: graduation from an accredited LPN program, at least 1 year in Med/Surg nursing and Hospice or Oncology experience; strong PC skills and a valid driver’s license.
