We are looking for an R&I Contractor to join our User Experience team. The UX Consumer & Sensory Contractor will support a portfolio of brands by delivering consumer and sensory research to create outstanding consumer experiences. This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to set learning plans, design and execute research, and provide actionable recommendations to influence strategic business decisions.

• Provide leadership in consumer and sensory understanding to cross‑functional partners, ensuring consumer‑centricity is embedded in strategic decisions.
• Partner with R&I, Market Research, and cross‑functional team members to propose, manage, and share research insights supporting the launch of innovations, renovations, and cost‑savings initiatives.
• Guide cross‑functional teams by providing clear recommendations to drive decisions through ambiguity.
• Propose and manage the execution of strategic category research to support innovation pipelines and optimize existing products to meet emerging consumer needs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Sensory Science, Market Research, or a closely related field, with experience in sensory and consumer testing.
• 5–8 years of industry experience in Consumer Research and/or Sensory Evaluation; experience within CPG and/or food products preferred.
• Advanced understanding of consumer and sensory methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative techniques, with the ability to analyze and translate data into actionable business insights.
• Comfortable working in a flexible, fast‑paced, and cross‑functional team environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence teams and drive impactful solutions.
• Ability to manage projects independently with strong organizational skills to ensure successful delivery of results to key stakeholders.
