Summary
The Sales Associate guides and inspires customers, delivering a welcoming and engaging shopping experience in store and online. The role builds lasting customer relationships while driving sales through product knowledge, styling, and technology.
Responsibilities- Create a seamless and enjoyable in-store and online customer experience.
- Build customer relationships and drive sales using available technology.
- Support merchandising, fulfillment, and operational standards, including floor and fitting room upkeep.
- Share information about loyalty programs and assist customers throughout the shopping experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to think creatively to meet customer needs and work collaboratively across teams.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
