Summary
Supports store logistics and fulfillment by processing merchandise receipts, preparing customer orders, and completing operational initiatives. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities- Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
- Pick merchandise from the selling floor and stock rooms, and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Support logistical initiatives, including returns to vendors, price changes, and handling damaged merchandise.
- Welcome customers on the selling floor and support the store during major events.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities.
- Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
