Summary
Provides friendly, efficient service to customers and associates throughout the store. Manages an in-store service hub, assisting with online order pickup, returns, tourism information, and appointments for in-store services.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers, creating an easy and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, straightforward returns, tourism information, and service appointments.
- Use store technology and participate in merchandising and operational tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Comfort using computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
