Supports store logistics and fulfillment by processing merchandise receipts, preparing customer orders, and assisting with inventory-related tasks. Provides accurate, timely service while helping maintain smooth daily store operations.
Responsibilities- Process new merchandise receipts and search for and pick products from the sales floor and stockrooms for fulfillment.
- Pack orders according to company standards and participate in returns, price changes, damage processing, and other logistical initiatives.
- Welcome customers on the sales floor, use store technology, and support the store during peak events.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities.
- Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use handheld devices and computers, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
