New York Sports Club and our family of brands is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor at the White Plains City Center location. You will ensure a welcoming and safe environment, lead Service & Sales Representatives, and assist management with retention by focusing on cancel saves and collections.
The role requires 2–3 years of face‑to‑face customer service and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail, plus AED/CPR certification and proficiency with POS/timekeeping
