Experienced Sales Consultant

• Engage with leads via phone, email, chat, or text to schedule appointments
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and highlight key features and benefits
• Enter customer information into the CRM to ensure accurate follow-up
• Use the CRM for all customer interactions, keeping BDC staff updated on status
• Utilize CRM retention tools to engage potential buyers and solicit business
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Conduct business through various channels including email, phone, and in-person appointments
• Collaborate with management to finalize sales, secure financing, and ensure customer satisfaction

• Proven customer service experience, including strong CSI performance
• Prior automotive sales experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong follow-through and multi-tasking abilities
• Self-motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:$80,000.00 - $ per year
