Key Responsibilities of every Verizon Account Manager- Work directly with customers to present Verizon products and service plans
- Upsell and cross-sell telecom solutions based on customer needs
- Maintain strong relationships through ongoing account support
- Track customer activity and update account records accurately
- Resolve basic service questions and escalat[e] issues as needed
- Collaborate with teammates to exceed sales benchmarks
- Uphold Verizon’s service and branding standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable engaging customers face-to-face
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and product knowledge
- Previous customer service or sales exposure is a plus
