As a Residential Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for creating new business through cold lead generation (primarily door knocking) as well as converting pre-qualified or referral-based warm leads provided by our team. If you thrive on building relationships, closing sales, and making a tangible impact, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively canvass residential neighborhoods to introduce our power washing services.
- Engage potential customers in authentic conversations that highlight the quality and value of our offerings.
- Contact and close homeowners who have shown interest or been referred to our services.
- Clearly explain benefits, answer questions, and negotiate terms to finalize sales.
- Listen attentively to client needs and concerns, addressing them with professional and timely solutions.
- Foster trust and rapport that encourages repeat business and positive referrals.
- Plan and execute an effective route to maximize daily outreach.
- Maintain organized records of leads, sales activities, and results.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
- Provide timely feedback to management to refine sales strategies.

Experience:
Prior door-to-door sales, cold calling, or direct sales experience is highly advantageous. - Communication: Strong verbal skills and the ability to build rapport swiftly with potential customers.
- Persuasion & Closing
Skills:
Confidence to present services, overcome objections, and secure agreements. - Self-Motivation: Track record of exceeding goals with minimal oversight.
- Organization: Efficiently manage your time, track leads, and follow up diligently to maximize conversions.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License & Vehicle Access: Must have an active driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to assigned territories and potential client locations.
- This is a 100% commission based role with uncapped earning potential
- 12% commission on cold leads
- 4% commission on warm leads
