Hotel Security – Luxury Hotel

Pay: From $21.00/hour

Schedule: Part-time, 4:00 PM - 11:00 pm, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays, Daytime shifts as well.

Start: Immediate. We’re hiring for one open position.

Coastal International Security is looking for an overnight Guest Safety Ambassador at a luxury hotel in White Plains. You’ll be the face of both Coastal and the hotel, keeping guests safe while giving them the level of service a five-star property expects. If you have security or hospitality experience and you’re calm, polished and good with people, we’d like to hear from you.

• Greet and assist guests, visitors and hotel staff professionally and warmly
• Monitor entry points and surveillance systems discreetly
• Patrol the property and keep accurate, detailed reports of every guest situation and incident
• Enforce safety and guest-service procedures respectfully and consistently
• Calm tense situations with composure and good judgment
• Work with hotel management, law enforcement, and emergency responders when needed
• Meet the property’s uniform and grooming standards

• Active New York State Security Guard License
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in security, hospitality or guest services
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliability, integrity and accountability
• Availability for overnight, weekend and holiday shifts
• At least one professional reference

• First Aid certification
• De-escalation training
• Experience in luxury hotels or other high-end properties

• Work in a luxury hospitality setting with a company trusted by high-end clients
