Primary Purpose
To provide technical support functions and activities to support the ESC.
QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Education/Certification- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some college coursework required
- Administrative assistant certification preferred
- Team-oriented attitude and desire to work collaboratively with ESC staff, campus/district/charter school personnel.
- Ability to multitask complex activities
- Ability to make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling
- Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and do word processing
- Assist in compiling the department budget
Successful office/campus support experience.

GeneralJob Requirements
- Actively participate in and/or provide support for assigned inter-departmental teams to help improve student performance in the region, improve the ESC internal operations, and meet the established goals and objectives for the ESC.
- Serves as grant/budget liaison between the assigned department and the Budget Office.
- Consistent communication with grant and conference stakeholders.
- Provide technical assistance to internal and external clients with courtesy and professionalism
- Compile and report data as requested by the department
- Ability to navigate budget systems
- Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment
- Make quick judgments and decisions
- Perform other duties as assigned
$40,228 to $49,051 Per Year
