Double Weekend LVN

We are now seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work full-time with our team.

• Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician or registered nurse

• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by a physician

• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team

• Assist with medical procedures, including but not limited to, injections, wound care, and phlebotomy

• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Provide emotional support and educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques

• Current LVN license in the state of Texas

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate's degree in nursing or related field preferred

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Current CPR certification
