High School, Spanish Teacher
Position Description Dominican High School is seeking a student-centered, collaborative educator to join our World Languages Department as a Spanish teacher. This full-time position is an opportunity to work in a close-knit, mission-driven school community that values strong relationships, academic excellence, and the development of the whole person.
Dominican High School is a Catholic, college-preparatory, co‑educational high school serving approximately 320 students. Our small class sizes allow teachers to know students well and support them both academically and personally. We value educators who are reflective, adaptable, and eager to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and families.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Spanish from an accredited institution (preferred)
- Wisconsin DPI certification in Spanish, or eligibility to become certified
- Dominican High School will support qualified candidates through the certification process
Preferred Experience
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience teaching Spanish at the high school level is preferred, though candidates with K‑8 experience or non-education/alternative backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Commitment to collaboration and professional growth
- Ability to support and advance the mission and values of Catholic education
