Languages Teacher - Spanish

Position Description Dominican High School is seeking a student-centered, collaborative educator to join our World Languages Department as a Spanish teacher. This full-time position is an opportunity to work in a close-knit, mission-driven school community that values strong relationships, academic excellence, and the development of the whole person.

Dominican High School is a Catholic, college-preparatory, co‑educational high school serving approximately 320 students. Our small class sizes allow teachers to know students well and support them both academically and personally. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Spanish from an accredited institution (preferred)
• Wisconsin DPI certification in Spanish, or eligibility to become certified
• Dominican High School will support qualified candidates through the certification process

• Fluency in Spanish
• Experience teaching Spanish at the high school level is preferred, though candidates with K‑8 experience or non-education/alternative backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
• Commitment to collaboration and professional growth
• Ability to support and advance the mission and values of Catholic education
