Compensation: $80,000-$95,000+ DOE (Top techs earn $100K+)

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Subaru vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with service advisors to explain repairs and timelines clearly
• Stay current with industry technology and tools
• Keep safety and professionalism top of mind in everything you do
• Help deliver exceptional customer service every time

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in a dealership or similar setting
• ASE certifications (preferred, not required)
• Solid diagnostic, communication, and computer skills
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Earning potential over $100K/year based on skill and productivity
• Flexible scheduling – including a possible 4-day work week
