Housekeepers / Room Attendants hold the key to creating a restful and relaxing stay for our guests. They have the essential role of making sure every room is clean and sanitized for guests to recharge after their adventures.  General tidying, dusting, and vacuuming of guest rooms  Replacing linens and making beds  Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms  Attending to any housekeeping requests from guests  Working individually or as a pair  Cleaning and sanitizing of rooms and common areas in hotels, lodges and cabins, including bathrooms, beds, desks, kitchenettes, floors and surfaces  Thorough and timely cleaning   Assisting with cleaning the public areas, washrooms, and elevators, when required  Previous housekeeping experience not required  Other duties as assigned    Skills Qualifications & Experience  Previous housekeeping / housekeeper experience an asset  Strong work ethic  Good physical condition  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written  Able to work without supervision  Determined to accomplish tasks on time with a high standard of quality  Team player    CIF    Skills Qualifications & Experience  Organization and time management skills are a must, but a passion for making a difference for each guest and employee is the most important aspect of this position!  

Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment  Guest service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences  Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated  Previous housekeeping experience, an asset  Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and capable of manual duties (bend, stoop, squat and stretch), required  Able to perform assigned duties with a high level of attention to detail, speed, consistency, follow through and under minimal supervision  Strong team play, organization and communication skills  Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment  Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards  Current Alberta Pro Serve Certification (Required)
