, one of Montana's AAA Four Diamond resorts, is seeking a FULL-TIME Assistant Housekeeping Manager to work with our housekeeping team.

• Conduct regular department meetings to ensure strong communication among staff.
• Assign “boards” to housekeeping team at the beginning of each day.
• Oversee daily tasks of Housekeepers, Housemen, and Laundry Attendants.
• Assist housekeeping in cleaning rooms, condos, and luxury homes as needed.
• Create and implement SOPs for quality assurance for the Housekeeping Department.
• Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure they are ready for check‑in.
• Create employee schedules and handle payroll for the housekeeping department.
• Order supplies and keep track of inventory for the Housekeeping Department.
• Report necessary maintenance issues to Front Office so a work order is made.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.

• Operating housekeeping equipment such as vacuums, mops, maid carts, etc.
• Ability and willingness to adhere to all Averill Hospitality policies and ensure departmental personnel compliance.
• Maintain a positive influence in the community and positive relations with area vendors.

Education: High School or High School equivalent.

Experience: Prior experience in a related field.

Pay rate will depend on experience.
