Logan Health - Whitefish is looking for an experienced RN to join our Labor, Delivery & Postpartum (LDRP) team.  If you’re a Labor & Delivery nurse looking for meaningful work, strong clinical support, and a place where your expertise is valued, this is an opportunity worth exploring. Our Birth Center is located within Logan Health Whitefish, a 25 bed critical access hospital in scenic Whitefish, MT.

With five beautifully appointed LDRP rooms and a strong focus on quality, evidence based care, our department is the perfect environment to let your skills shine!  You’ll care for patients across the full LDRP continuum—from antepartum and labor through delivery, recovery and postpartum.

Your Experience Matters Here* **$41.78–$67.66/hour based on relevant experience +$5.00/hour night shift differential, and $2.25 weekend shift differential**

** As an LDRP RN, you will:
*** Provide individualized nursing care to antepartum, laboring and postpartum patients and their newborns.
* Assess patients, develop and implement plans of care, and evaluate outcomes.
* Recognize and respond quickly to changes in maternal and newborn condition.
* Participate in deliveries and provide care throughout the labor and delivery process.
* Train to circulate for C-sections with support from our OB surgical technicians.
* Educate patients and families throughout their experience.
* Collaborate closely with providers and the multidisciplinary care team.
* Maintain accurate documentation while following safety, infection prevention and HIPAA standards.

What You'll Bring
* ** Current Montana RN license or compact RN license authorized to practice in Montana.**
* ** Previous Labor & Delivery or LDRP experience required.**
* ** Only directly relevant obstetric nursing experience will be considered for experience-based placement.
