This position is within a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer and is solely responsible for hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters.

Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers, enforcing quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

Key duties include:

• Planning for each shift
• Monitoring performance during the shift
• Taking corrective action to meet McDonald’s standards
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate seamless transitions
• Helping departments meet targets and goals

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
