Wright Choice Healthcare Agency LLC is looking for a dedicated and organized Home Health Office Administrator to join our growing team in Whitehall, OH. This is a vital role that keeps our agency running smoothly, ensuring our caregivers and clients receive the administrative support they need. Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions for a home health agency
- Coordinate scheduling and staffing for home health aides and caregivers
- Maintain accurate patient and employee records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and referral sources
- Process billing, invoicing, and insurance authorizations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal home health regulations and agency policies
- Support HR functions including onboarding, credentialing, and staff documentation
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
- Prior experience in a home health, hospice, or healthcare administrative role preferred
- Strong knowledge of home health billing, Medicaid/DODD, and insurance authorizations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite and EHR system Alora Health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulatory requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration preferred
