Cerelia USA’s state‑of‑the‑art food production plant in Whitehall, Ohio is hiring for our 2nd shift. The facility is dedicated to the retail product portfolio, specializing in rolled dough (pizza, pie, pastry) and cookie dough under the Jus‑Rol brand name.

• Inspect food production equipment prior to start mixing to ensure it is in working condition and free of any foreign material or damage, and document observations on start‑up and shutdown checklists using a mobile app or tablet.
• Ensure consistency on all doughs by adjusting processing equipment to meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Document lot numbers, raw dough temperatures, and fat percentages and communicate product or ingredient deviations to the production supervisor.
• Perform inline bake‑offs and verify results against quality standards.
• Report any accidents or maintenance issues to the production supervisor.
• Follow standard food production operating procedures to operate high‑speed and/or high‑tech processing and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with machinery or equipment operation and partner with maintenance technicians to resolve issues.
• Calibrate processing and packaging systems as required to meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area during production.
• Perform change‑overs and end‑of‑run cleans, including disassembly and reassembly of necessary equipment as needed.
• Familiarity with using an SAP‑based bar code scanner and system is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Log downtime and other maintenance issues into the CMMS system to track and trend equipment breakdowns and production issues for continuous improvement projects.
• Sanitize machines between runs.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervision.

• Follow established programs, policies, and practices to produce safe, quality foods that meet SQF, regulatory, company, and customer requirements.
• Perform quality control tests and ensure dough meets quality standards and customer specifications.
• Report to the production supervisor any quality issues or suggestions to improve performance or the working environment.

• Follow company safety policies and practices to foster a safe workplace for yourself and coworkers.
• Make safety a priority in all daily activities.
• Follow Lock‑Out/Tag‑Out standard operating procedures.
• Report any unsafe acts or conditions to the immediate production supervisor.
• Understand cleaning chemicals and their handling procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary working environment at all times.

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stack, carry pans, ingredient containers, etc., for extended periods.
• Perform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
• Be able to climb or work at heights using stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms.

One location – the Whitehall plant. The role is full‑time, mid‑senior level, and in the management and manufacturing function of Cerelia.
