Are you a Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, or Team Leader looking for a role where you can take real ownership of daily performance and step up into a long-term management pathway within a modern food manufacturing facility?
This is a permanent opportunity to join a well-established food manufacturer at a newer site, overseeing production across multiple shifts and driving safety, quality, and efficiency through clear leadership and KPI ownership.
The business is continuing to build out its team as the site grows, with a clear progression route from operator through leadership levels into management for high-performing supervisors who want more responsibility.
In this role you will oversee daily production operations across rotating schedules, monitor key metrics (waste, downtime, labor hours, efficiency), coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime, and ensure SOP and GMP standards are consistently met.
This role would suit a Production Supervisor/Manager from a food manufacturing background looking to lead from the front, take ownership of results, and build a long-term career toward management in a busy, growing facility.
The Role:- Oversee daily production operations across rotating schedules (1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts)
- Drive safety, quality, and output targets through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with maintenance to resolve equipment issues and reduce downtime
- Support staffing and production planning for upcoming runs
- Train and develop employees to reinforce consistent standards
- Production Supervisor/Shift Supervisor experience within food manufacturing (or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of FDA/OSHA requirements, GMP, and SOP-driven production environments
- Comfortable in an automated manufacturing/packaging setting and working rotating schedules
