Supporttheplanningandexecutionofintegratedmarketingcampaignsacrossdigital,retail,social,email,andotherchannels
Helpmanageproductlaunchesfrominitialplanningthroughlaunchandpost-launch reporting
Coordinatemarketingcalendars,timelines,deliverables,andcross-functional projects
Partnerwithcreativeteamsoncampaignassets,photography,video,social content,presentations,andothermarketingmaterials
Supportsocialmediaplanningandexecution,includingcontentcalendars,posting,community engagement,andperformancetracking
AssistwithemailandSMSmarketingcampaigns,including planning,copy,creative coordination,deployment,and reporting
Helpdevelopmarketingmaterialsandsalessupporttoolsforretailandwholesalepartners
Support product-specificmarketinginitiativesandpromotionalopportunities
Assistwithinfluencer,creator,PR,andpartnershipinitiatives
Conductcompetitiveresearchandstaycurrentonfragrance,beauty,retail,andconsumertrends
Pullandanalyzebasicmarketingperformancedataandturnitintoactionableinsights
Helpmaintainmarketingsystems,calendars,files,product information,andcampaigndocumentation
Coordinate samples,product shipments,campaign materials,andothermarketingneeds
Supporttradeshows,events,photoshoots,launches,andotherbrandactivationsasneeded
Workcloselywith Sales,Ecommerce,Creative,Operations,and Productteamstokeepmarketinginitiativesmoving
Jumpintowhatevertheteamneedstohelpgettheworkacrossthefinishline

What We’reLooking For

2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, consumer products, beauty, fragrance, retail, or a related field
Bachelor’sdegreein

Marketing,Communications,Business,orarelatedfieldpreferred
Strongunderstandingoffundamentalmarketingprinciples
Experienceworkingacrossmultiplemarketingchannelsratherthanexclusivelywithinonespecialty
Excellentprojectmanagementandorganizationalskills
Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
Comfortablemanagingmultipleprojectsanddeadlinesatonce
Strongattentiontodetailwithoutlosingsightofthebiggerpicture
Comfortableworkingwithdataandmarketingperformancemetrics
Proficiency with Microsoft Officeand /orGoogle Workspace
Familiaritywithplatformssuchas Shopify,Klaviyo,Meta Business Suite ,Google Analytics,Canva,orsimilarmarketingtoolsisaplus
Experience in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, CPG, or another consumer-focused industry is a plus
