• Performs analysis on items related to NSN/non-NSNs to enhance procurement process.
• Coordinates with other DLA/DoD functional disciplines to resolve technical issues and identify future acquisition and demand requirements.
• Analyzes technical source documents to identify trends and conditions relating to effectiveness of certain programs and systems.
• Assists in coordinating and resolving technical/quality issues about characteristics and uses of an item.
• Monitors workload, compiles data/information, and briefs leadership on supply chain related issues.
• Provides Supply Chain recommendations on quality/technical issues related to Engineering Support or Value Management Programs (Spare Parts Breakout, Should Cost, etc.).

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

To qualify for a Quality Assurance Specialist, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
One year of specialized experience equipped you with competencies to perform duties at GS-12 level, plus eligibility requirements.

• Compiling data/information for various reports and ability to brief results.
• Identifying problems and recommending solutions related to technical/quality issue.
• Interpreting technical data to enhance item/materiel procurement process.
• Reviewing and interpreting technical data, such as drawing specifications.
