The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $16.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $16.00 USD - $24.00 USD per hour.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to help solve their specific needs.
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store and specific to your area to solve issues and improve guest experience.
- Promote and explain current promos, store activities and events; inform guests about Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
- Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with safety standards and best practices.
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
- Explain and demonstrate features and offerings within the Target App, including Wallet; assist with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering and direct guests to enroll and use these features.
- Handle returns following store policies; collaborate with leadership as needed to resolve guest concerns.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and manage stock during store hours while remaining available to guests.
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
- Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-Up, and returns while complying with applicable laws and policies.
- All other duties based on business needs.

- You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).

- Attention to detail while prioritizing tasks; ability to educate guests about products and services.
- Ability to use multiple devices and handheld scanners and operate technology as directed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to handle checkout operations and general transactions; able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
