- Field Rite Rug has been a lead flooring distributor for over 90 years!  We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team!
** Job Description
*** Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
* Drive all flooring category sales for Property Management apartment unit turns and capital projects.
* Coordinate major account growth opportunities by collaborating with sales leadership and support team members.
* Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategic account plans for sustained long-term growth.
* Manage and own requests for information, requests for proposals, and other account requests by ensuring deadlines are met and issues are resolved.
* Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services.
* Perform other duties as needed.## Qualifications
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
* 5+ years’ relevant experience in B2B sales OR equivalent combination of education and experience related to strategic account sales and relationship management.
* Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
* Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
* Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
* Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
* High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
