Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Infrastructure (Sellafield)

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor.

This is a key commercial role within the project team, responsible for managing costs and contractual matters across complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

• Manage commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account.
• Administer NEC contracts, including compensation events and change management.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts and reporting.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and accounts.
• Identify risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support commercial strategy and stakeholder engagement.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor within civils or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management processes.
• Experience on major projects or regulated environments.
• Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
