Working pattern:
Monday to Friday

Term weeks: 38 + 2 weeks school closure, minimum paid week 45.7967

As part of a vibrant and forward‑thinking school community, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure every student can access learning, feel valued, and make positive progress.

In this role, you will:

• Provide in‑class support to help students engage confidently in their learning
• Deliver small‑group or one‑to‑one support where needed
• Help create an inclusive and nurturing environment for all learners
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to remove barriers to learning
• Support students’ wellbeing, confidence and independence
