Hours of work: 32

Working pattern:
Monday to Friday

Term weeks: 38 + 2 weeks school closure, minimum paid week 45.7967

The Role

In this role, you will:

  • Provide in‑class support to help students engage confidently in their learning
  • Deliver small‑group or one‑to‑one support where needed
  • Help create an inclusive and nurturing environment for all learners
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to remove barriers to learning
  • Support students’ wellbeing, confidence and independence

This is a rewarding position where you will directly contribute to improving outcomes and shaping the future experiences of our young people.
